So much so that the Minister of Fuel and Power wrote a letter - which was referred to in the national Press this morning - to Lord Hyndley, Chairman of the N.C.B., and to Mr. Horner, General Secretary of the National Union of Mineworkers, saying that unless production improves immediately there will be Another Winter Coal Crisis.
