In view of that fact, I do not think that it is wise that in Germany itself during This Appalling Food Crisis through which the Germans have been living for British officials to say, "It is all the responsibility of the Germans," because it is not all the responsibility of the Germans.
I welcome this opportunity to focus the attention of the House on the Appalling Food Crisis that confronts sub-Saharan Africa.
In the meantime, we are faced with the Appalling Food Crisis in southern Africa and increasing concern at the situation in Ethiopia.
