I look forward to hearing what the Minister has to offer by way of a solution to this completely Avoidable Crisis.

That is very important because every Member of the House has approximately 1,000 people in their constituency who suffer from autism and the long waiting times are pushing people to Avoidable Crisis points.

I am all for local decision making, and I am very much in favour of greater local accountability, but I do not believe that the parents of those nine-year-old children are aware of the totally Avoidable Crisis that we face as a direct result of the locally elected representatives.
