We also need to be conscious of what is happening globally, because although we should not chase the rest of the world if it has a group of regulators that are being far too generous and wish to re-enact the Boom Type Crisis of the previous decade - I do not think that we are in that position any more; I think that the regulators of the world are all generally trying to be more cautious - we need to ensure that we do not do anything in Britain that is particularly penal.
