The Government seem intent on blaming everyone but themselves for the Crisis in A and E. They seem oblivious to the fact that the things they are doing now, such as destabilising reorganisations and the devastating cuts to adult social care, are making the situation worse.

Those referrals come on top of what we already know is a Crisis in A and E. They are only exacerbating that, and leading to youngsters with terrible mental health problems being turned away - doors closed in their face.
