Gentleman sound out the various parties in the House, of which there are six, on the question whether there is any common ground for supporting the sort of measures that will need to be taken if we are to avoid another Crisis in a Year Or two?
That opportunity must be grasped, outstanding issues must be resolved, and a fresh Crisis in a Year Or two must be avoided.
