Mr. Cook: In view of the grave Crisis in British Shipyards, what guarantee or hope can the Secretary of State offer us that any purchaser of Sealink will pursue its "Buy British" policy, which has been of such advantage to British yards, particularly Harland and Wolff in a very depressed area of the United Kingdom?
