Why is there not the same interest on the part of Whitehall in this Crisis in Cornwall to which we expect the Government to respond?

I agreed with much of whatthe hon. Member for North Cornwall (Mr. Tyler) said, although I am not sure that he was right to say that there is a policing Crisis in Cornwall.
