In spite of the very small commitments that the Government have made, will not the Crisis in Education and Health continue for the next two years, with risingclass sizes, more teachers being dispatched and increasing NHS waiting lists?

The windfall tax is one reason to oppose the Budget, but perhaps the biggest one is its failure to tackle this year's Crisis in Education and Health.
