When will the right hon. and learned Gentleman recognise that there is a genuine financial Crisis in Health Services in Glasgow, that we need more money, and that unless more money is made available there will be severe cuts in services?

Does the Leader of the House intend to proceed, as he said last week, with a debate on the growing Crisis in the Health Services, particularly in the west midlands and Wolverhampton, where thousands of lives are at risk?

For this reason, there are now the makings of a financial Crisis in the Health Services in Worcestershire, and it is the Government's job to find a way out.
