The attitude of the Chancellor and of the party opposite to the general Crisis in Our Economic Affairs Which We have to face is rather as if in the middle of the war someone had said, "You cannot have special measures or special directives to build planes at one moment or tanks at another; we must have a general policy that will get more and more armaments built".
