Do the Government yet realise that unless they can find a way out of the corner into which they have painted themselves, whereby they cannot even use the savings from other areas of Government expenditure to increase expenditure on health and education, the Crisis in Our Schools and Hospitals This Winter will be as bad as or worse than any that we experienced in the Conservative years?
