I should like to place on record my exception - which is the feeling of many of my hon. Friends - to the fact that the Liberal party, overnight, set out deliberately to destroy today's business, in the knowledge that, by their doing so, the Crisis in Scottish Industry would not be debated today, when many people came down from Scotland to witness our proceedings.
