We are grateful for the full day's debate on foreign affairs on Wednesday, but the Opposition believe that it is essential that the House should have the earliest possible opportunity to debate separately the report of the Eminent Persons Group on the Crisis in South Africa and That is why we have given Opposition time next Tuesday.
