With the Foreign and Commonwealth Secretary in Luxembourg, we understand why it has not been possible for a statement to be made today, but I take this opportunity to press the Leader of the House on the great desirability of having before the start of tomorrow's debate a statement by the Foreign Secretary on the report by the Eminent Persons Group, the Crisis in South Africa and the Result of his discussions with his colleagues in the European Council.
