Mr. SWIFT MacNEILL: I must congratulate the Colonial Secretary on having issued the statement in reference to the recent political Crisis in Tasmania, and on the exposition of the constitutional position which it contains as to the powers of the Governor in the exercise of the prerogative of dissolution.
