I agree there is a Crisis in the Agriculture Industry in the United Kingdom.

I can understand that that might be the reason for a Bill such as this, as many Opposition Members seem to believe that this Government have invented the current Crisis in the Agriculture Industry.

As noble Lords have quite rightly said, we face a very real Crisis in the Agriculture Industry.
