Does the Secretary of State accept that delayed discharges and emergency readmissions are the symptoms of a wider Crisis in the Funding and Staffing of social care, and that the investment that he has told us about today has resulted in 100,000 fewer people receiving care in their own home over the past five years and the loss of 50,000 long-term care beds, not the 19,000 that is claimed by his Department?
