There is, I think, not a great deal between the two sides of the House on the question of the Crisis in the General Medical Services, but there is one point which, I think to his credit, the right hon. Gentleman did not make, but which has been made in the Press and, which, according to the Press, may be made by hon. Members opposite during the debate and which I should like to get out of the way before I get to the main part of my speech.
