We understand that the Crisis in the Profession is upon us and that the difficulty will increase and reach a peak in three or four years.

It seems inconceivable that a government that came to office putting "education, education, education" at their heart should, after four years, have produced a Crisis in the Profession.

The current shortage of posts, and reduction in the number of posts, is leading to a Crisis in the Profession.
