I hope it may be true; but we must he practical, and I think, taking it practically, every one who has watched the question must be well aware that there comes a Crisis in the School Life of a child, at which its power of earning wages becomes worth something—at which it is costing more for food and clothing, and at which, consequently, the parent begins to think of taking it away from school.
