Is not the problem the fact that the Bill, this debate and even my hon. Friend's speech in moving his amendment, concentrate on the point of marriage breakdown, whereas, if we are to avoid the terrible Crisis of Divorce in such high numbers that he has described, we must go back to the original commitment?
