Britain faces a Crisis of Mass Unemployment, perhaps more serious than any in our economic history.

Does the Minister accept that it is wholly unacceptable that the Government should be reducing the funding to the traditional residential education colleges, which in the present Crisis of Mass Unemployment should be able to take up far more places?

We are showing them that, if a Government tax less, spend less, regulate less and trust markets, companies, families and individuals, progress can be made, and the Crisis of Mass Unemployment can be avoided.
