Unless we start seriously to tackle what I believe to be a rapidly unravelling Crisis of Service Provision for mental illness, we will begin to see dire ramifications surfacing in all aspects of society, including education, family stability and public order.

There is a real Crisis in Service Provision, with £200 million reduced from the mental health budget.
