Can the Minister comment on whether the Government feel that the frenzy around the existential Crisis of the Bbc is not really a distraction from concerns that there was very real abuse in children's homes in north Wales and elsewhere; that there was an individual who, because of his celebrity, was able to abuse children all over the country; and that we are in danger of being deflected, which of course plays into the hands of those who would rather cover up what happened and the names of those who were ultimately responsible?
