My Lords, does the Minister agree that the excellent proposal, which we support, to provide a free museum visit for every school-age child will provide a much-needed boost, given the Deepening Funding Crisis affecting British museums?

Whatever we do about the cap on care costs, we must first address the Deepening Funding Crisis.
