But supposing he has qualified under Clause 7, has resided here for five years and wishes to go abroad for a holiday, to visit his family or in the event of a Family Crisis.

If we recognise that Service families contribute to the well being, effectiveness and morale of the Service, we must also recognise that we have a special responsibility to the families as well as to the serving military personnel at times of Family Crisis.
