In view of the Food Shortage Crisis on the hills, will his Department consider paying hill compensatory allowances three months earlier this year?

There is no doubt that Mugabe's land reform programme has made the Food Shortage Crisis in Zimbabwe much worse, but let us not forget that other factors are involved.
