The third point in the hon. Member's speech to which I want to refer is his comment that the date of the Election was in some way connected with a Forthcoming Economic Crisis.

Does my right hon. Friend feel that the disappointing performance of British exports in the first six months of the year demonstrates clearly that this is the major economic danger spot for a Forthcoming Economic Crisis?
