Therefore, if we are to enter this dangerous situation - I hope we shall be able to avoid it; and I do not know whether the Government can attempt to do anything until the Full Dollar Crisis comes upon us, which we may be able to escape by means which are not to be discussed in this Debate - I hope the Ministry of Food will also prepare plans in case the worst does happen and, a year or a year and a half hence, we have to impose cuts, which every one in this House would deplore.
