We have seen the shambling ineptitude of the Foreign Secretary over the handling of the Gchq Crisis - a crisis of his making - the bewildering changes by the Secretary of State for Social Services on housing benefit, and the appalling insensitivity of those within the Ministry of Defence who advised His Royal Highness the Duke of Edinburgh to visit Drummadd barracks.
