I cannot help feeling that, in the light of the fact that we had Another Gold and Dollar Crisis only two months ago, we ought to look at our external economic policy to see whether it is on sound lines.
If we had adopted the right hon. Gentleman's ideas we should by this time have run into a Gold and Dollar Crisis of colossal magnitude.
