If the Chancellor would meet us reasonably on this point that we are urging against this additional burden being placed on the owners of motor cycles and motor cars, I think that, particularly in the case of motor cyclists it would lead to the creation of an asset which would be valuable in the event of a Large Crisis, in which so much would depend upon the ability of our young people to control and manage motor cycles.
I am just saying that the British Government did quite a lot in bringing this most recent-and particularly Large Crisis to a halt, not just in this country, but around the world.
