Unless we have a Momentary Crisis, not arising from railways, but from any drain to which the country may be liable, I am satisfied that we need not be under any alarm as to the amount which we are about to sanction the employment of in these great public works.

We now have a Momentary Crisis, which looks very grim at present, but we should not throw the baby out with the bath-water.
