We are facing the impact of a Nationwide Lorry Crisis, and I believe it is a problem of such magnitude that, even allowing for the energy and sympathy of my hon. Friend the Undersecretary of State for the Environment, I do not expect to receive a reply in a short Adjournment debate to all the questions.
