In fact, I think it is nothing short of scandalous that the Members of this House should not be able to obtain something like an accurate summary of so important a statement made during a national Crisis in Another Place.
Surely the Prime Minister himself must regret it if at the time of the Coronation the Parliament Bill is at its Crisis in Another Place.
There is clear evidence that, where local areas have emphasised long-term preventive measures and put in Place Crisis outreach and triage teams, they have already improved their services, so they would easily be able to provide the care set out in the Bill.
