Is the Minister aware that news of the multi-million Pound Cash Crisis facing South Birmingham health authority started to filter out at the end of February this year, but was hushed up until after the general election?

If so, why are she and her Department colluding in the suppression of a report commissioned by the West Midlands regional health authority into the causes of a multi-million Pound Cash Crisis in South Birmingham health authority which is threatening to close two hospitals, to transfer services from a third hospital, to cut community services by about £300,000 and to cut services for the mentally ill by about £200,000?
