The next crisis into which the Government are going to move is a Price Crisis.

From our experiences earlier this year, in March, at the time of the Price Crisis, I believed, as did my right hon. Friend, that BNOC's functions and the way they were carried out were to be tested.

That is one reason why there is a Price Crisis at the moment.

We now have an opportunity to correct that, thanks, dare I say it, to the Price Crisis that most farmers are experiencing.
