South Sudan currently faces a Major Humanitarian and Refugee Crisis, while Riek Machar and his supporters continue to try and destabilise the legitimately elected Government of President Salva Kiir.

My first point is that this is a Refugee and Humanitarian Crisis on an unprecedented scale.
