I agree with the Foreign Affairs Committee that the FCO annual report fails to pay sufficient attention to that country's Severe Human Rights Crisis.

It states: "We conclude that the FCO's report fails to pay sufficient attention to the Severe Human Rights Crisis in Somalia.
