It is a, Crisis of the System under which we live which cannot be solved in existing circumstances.

As the hon. Gentleman knows as well as I do, we are living through a severe Crisis in the System of which he is so proud to be a supporter - the capitalist system.

Teachers have faced continual attacks and rudeness from the Government and Conservative Members - but that has suddenly changed because of the shortage of teachers and the Crisis in the System.

In times of System Crisis, dynamic demand appliances sense the system conditions and automatically defer their electricity consumption.

If such headlines are combined with reports that because of our obligations under the European convention on human rights - fanned only this evening bythe hon. Member for Stone (Mr. Cash), who is no longer in his place - our Government are powerless to remove foreign criminals, there appears to be a real Crisis in the System.

There is no general Crisis in the System of paedophile supervision, but we are not complacent.
