I do not think anyone can visit that country at the present time without forming a definite opinion one way or the other with regard to the Crisis in the Transvaal.
The Transvaal question has, indeed, occupied the whole of the public attention; but the answer to the right hon. Baronet is that the Transvaal Crisis is imminent and must be dealt with.
