I would prefer to see whether there is a chance of preventing what may be a serious Crisis in Uganda; but after the right hon. Gentleman has seen the Kabaka and made a further report, will the Leader of the House arrange for us to debate the matter?
We feel that it was his speech more than anything else which precipitated the Crisis in Uganda.
The other factor was the swift action taken in the Uganda Crisis.
The full horror of the Vietnam war, the Kampuchean disaster, the Uganda Crisis, the situation in Ethiopia and Somalia and other conflicts demonstrate that the situation is serious.
