If nothing is done to alter Westminster's policy, we will have a Westminster Crisis at Christmas 1982.

I am pleased that the peak of the Crisis in Westminster has passed and that is a tribute to the client team of Westminster city council, which has taken the brunt of dealing with cases on behalf of councillors, advice agencies and me.
