I am heartened by that but, at the same time, deeply disappointed by the circumstances in Which the Current Food Crisis in that country has been allowed to develop.

My Lords, it is important that good governance, human rights and the rule of law should be re-established in Zimbabwe, without Which the Food Crisis will get even worse.
