Can the right hon. Gentleman arrange that next week, and certainly before Parliament rises for the Christmas Recess, as he has indicated, we should have preferably a debate but certainly statements on the mounting crises in British industry in various sections of the British economy-for example, the massive rate increases which are now forecast in many parts of the country under the Local Government Act and also the growing Crisis in British Railways?
