I have heard accounts this afternoon of county council employees working for 36 hours continuously to deal with the Crisis in Worcestershire and of the staff of a special school who stayed with their pupils through the night because there was no other way in which to look after them.
We do not need a health and social care Bill to address the looming Crisis in Worcestershire and around the country of the growing number of elderly, mentally impaired patients suffering from dementia and a range of other diseases of old age.
