I know that it applies to all sides of the House; indeed, I do not envy the state of mind of a man who can contemplate taking a holiday when the country is going through Such a Grave Crisis.

Bearing in mind the present position of the shipping and shipbuilding industries which are both facing Such a Grave Crisis, this is not the time for bringing in legislation of this sort, which is so wide that real and perhaps unnecessary concern will be caused in the shipping and shipbuilding industries.
