I want to talk about the Crisis of N.A.T.O.
Let us get down to the real issue - the Crisis in N.A.T.O.
Would not the Prime Minister agree that the actions of the French President have caused a genuine Crisis in N.A.T.O.
In considering the Crisis in N.A.T.O.
ought to review the size of the force that it keeps in Europe, and the form of its organisation, but I think the right hon. Gentleman will be aware that this has always been in the mind of the Government, and that my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Defence had already, before the present Crisis in N.A.T.O.
The subject about which I shall speak may not at first sight seem of such immediate importance as the question of Britain's entry into the Common Market, or the current Crisis in N.A.T.O.
