I stand here today with a heavy heart because I feel that we are facing an Enormous Humanitarian Crisis.

The first is that the Enormous Humanitarian Crisis unfolding in Iraq must be concentrating not only her mind, but the minds of those in her department.

The hon. Member for Rhondda (Chris Bryant) said this was an Enormous Humanitarian Crisis: it is, and that is why we have delivered our biggest ever humanitarian response.

The Government support the Bill, and I believe that, in the face of an Enormous Humanitarian Crisis across the world, it is a very timely Bill, and a Bill that meets our long-term commitments and the commitments we made at the last general election.

First, no one doubts the situation that many of these people find themselves in and the Enormous Humanitarian Crisis unfolding across the world.
